Please join in the celebration of
The Annunciation and The Incarnation of the Lord

Thursday, March 25, 2010, St. Mary Church, Dayton
St. Mary Parish celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2009.
The church is truly magnificent in its art and architecture.
Its landmark "twin towers" are well known to all who travel
US 35.  A 3-story nativity display during the Christmas season
Also distinguishes this beautiful site.

God becoming man in the person of Jesus Christ is the greatest
Event in all of human history.  God took a full share of our life,
And even our death, so that we could share in His eternal life.

At Mary's acceptance of the Father's invitation, Jesus was
Conceived by the Holy Spirit and became incarnate in her womb.

By becoming one of our own family, Jesus our brother infinitely
Elevates the dignity of all human life, from conception through
Death, and into eternal life.

The Knights of Columbus have proclaimed
March 25th the "Day of the Unborn Child"
          recognizing thereby the connection between
the earliest life of Jesus and the beginning
         of all human life.
